- 1 can of cream soup of your choice—I used potato
- ½ can of water
- 1-2 ham steaks or turkey ham, cubed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 3-4 cups of broccoli
- salt and pepper
- 6-8 red potatoes cut into 1⁄4 inch round slices or a large bag of frozen potatoes
Combine all ingredients in freezer bag – except for potatoes.
- Option 1: Dump contents into a casserole pan. Bake at 375* for 30-45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Option 2: Cook in crock pot on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
